User Privacy Choices

There is nothing to opt out of
MapKraft has no analytics, no crash reporting, no advertising identifier, no trackers, and no server that receives your content. We do not sell your data, we do not share it, and we do not use it for targeted advertising. There is no “do not sell my information” switch here because the answer is already no — for everyone, permanently, without asking.
The choices you do have
Everything MapKraft can reach on your device is permission-gated, and you can grant or revoke each one at any time without uninstalling the app:
- Photos and videos — MapKraft only ever receives the specific item you pick in the system picker. It never reads your library, and it does not ask for full access.
- Camera — optional, and only if you choose a live camera feed as something to project. Frames are drawn to your projector and discarded; nothing is recorded or sent.
- Microphone — optional, and used only to measure how loud the room is so an effect can pulse to it. No audio is recorded, stored, or transmitted.
- Your projects — saved on your device, never uploaded. They are yours to keep, move, or delete.
To change any of these: on iPhone or iPad open Settings → Privacy & Security (or Settings → MapKraft); on Mac open System Settings → Privacy & Security. Turning a permission off simply disables that feature — the rest of the app keeps working.
Deleting your data
Because nothing leaves your device, there is no account to close and no data of yours for us to erase. To remove a project and the media inside it, open the project list, tap the ••• beside it and choose Delete Project. Deleting the app removes everything it stored.
